The National Action
Plan Against Sexual Assault (NAPASA) originated in Canada and has been
expanded to the United States through a grant from the Society for the
Psychological Study of Social Issues (SPSSI) to challenge the legal
system in both countries to more effectively respond to sexual

materials based on the research for use by local communities to
promote social change by documenting the outrageous, challenging
the legal system, and supporting victims. These documents may be
